Housing

There are many housing options available in the Metro Denver area and many neighborhoods to choose to live in. While Denver’s housing costs have begun to stabilize after a period of appreciation and the area offers some of the best values of any metropolitan area.

According to the National Association of Realtors, the median sales price of existing single-family homes was $245,400 in 2007, while the national median home price was $217,800. The average rent in Metro Denver in 2007 for all apartments was $797 per month.
