Founded as the Philippine Club of the Rockies in 1954, they have provided a slice of Filipino life for the Filipino Americans who have found their way to Colorado. In 1988, the FACC acquired its own cultural center, named Bahay Kubo. The FACC is a cultural/social organization dedicated to enjoying and sharing the Philippine culture with their friends in Colorado.

The 2010 Biennial of the Americas celebrates the culture, ideas and people of the Western Hemisphere.
